Who is loving spring so far? I know I am!
Another undeniably pretty sight during Spring other than Magnolia Blossom in London is Cherry Blossom!
You could spot a lot of Cherry Blossoms all around London in March/April. Their blooming time varies so I will try my best to put some information below on when is the best time to visit each spot.
1. Thurloe St, Kensington (Late Feb - Early March)
This was quite an early bloomer, and a popular one! You must have seen it all over Instagram. It is located just next to South Kensington Station.
2. Portland St, Notting Hill (Late Feb - Early March)
This pretty cherry blossom is located in Notting Hill and it was one of the first ones to bloom too!
3. Stratford Rd, Kensington (Early-Mid March)
We were just walking around to look for Magnolia but luckily we saw one house with gorgeous light pink Cherry Blossom in front of it!
4. St Paul's Cathedral (Various Trees, March/April)
There are quite a lot of cherry blossom trees around this area, however their blooming time varies. For this particular spot (Carter Lane Gardens), it is quite an early bloomer so it's best to visit during early March. But the trees around the south entrance are just starting to bloom in Late March.
5. Phillimore Gardens (Mid March)
Now if you like to see a Cherry Blossom and Colourful door combo, this is definitely the one!
6. Stanley Crescent (Mid-Late March)
Now I'm sure you've seen this everywhere from Instagram to Pinterest, and even after that, seeing this in real life surely does live up to the hype. It is just so surreal to see cherry blossoms this huge.
I'm hoping to find more Cherry Blossoms when I go to some parks in London this weekend! I'll definitely update that on this list.
Stay safe everyone!
